Plant-Based Chicken Nuggets

Pan: Heat a few tablespoons of oil in a non-stick pan on a medium heat. Add Chicken Nuggets and cook, turning frequently for 5-6 minutes.
Deep Fry: Heat oil to180°C. Add the Chicken Nuggets and cook for 4 minutes.
Oven: Preheat oven to 200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas Mark 6. Place the Chicken Nuggets on a non-stick baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes.
Grill: Preheat grill to medium. Place the Chicken Nuggets onto the wire rack of a grill tray. Cook for 6-7 minutes turning frequently, reduce heat if necessary.
Air Fry: 8-10 minutes
