Cook from thawed. Also great on the barbecue!

      1. Remove all packaging. Heat a couple of tablespoons of oil in a non-stick pan on a high heat.
      2. Add your sausages and cook for approximately 5 minutes turning occasionally or until nicely browned.
      3. Ensure food is piping hot, serve and enjoy!
