Cook from thawed. For best results use ground protein directly from the refrigerator.

      1. Remove all packaging. Heat a non stick pan on a medium high heat, add some oil, gently flake the ground into the pan and don’t touch for one minute.
      2. Continue cooking for 12-15 minutes stirring often. Add more oil if desired.
      3. Finish preparing your favorite dish as required, serve and enjoy!
