Our delicious meat free ground makes it easy to reduce your meat intake. Our simulated ground beef cooks just like regular ground beef, making it easy to swap in to your favorite family recipes without sacrifice.
Made using our signature mix of soy, pea and rice proteins, our plant-based ground is packed full of taste and texture.

Cook from thawed. For best results use ground protein directly from the refrigerator.

- Remove all packaging. Heat a non stick pan on a medium high heat, add some oil, gently flake the ground into the pan and don’t touch for one minute.
- Continue cooking for 12-15 minutes stirring often. Add more oil if desired.
- Finish preparing your favorite dish as required, serve and enjoy!
