Heat a pan over a medium-hot heat and add the oil. Saute the onion and garlic for a few minutes until translucent. Add in the Meatless Farm Meat Free Mince and cook until browned.
Add in the spices, harissa and apricots and cook for a further 2 mins.
Add all the dressing ingredients to a bowl and mix well.
Time to assemble! Warm your flatbreads in the oven and then add a generous dollop of dressing. Spoon over the spiced mince and garnish with extra toppings (pomegranate seeds, mint, chopped apricots, toasted almonds, olive oil, extra harissa, lemon etc)
