Translated as ‘sunflower’ these beautifully shaped girasole parcels are generously filled with a deliciously indulgent centre. There’s our plant-based beef made from pea protein, red wine, porcini mushroom and a vegan alternative to cheese, all packed into the best vegan pasta you’ve ever tried.
