- Pan/Griddle/Hot Plate: Heat a teaspoon of oil in a non-stick pan on a medium heat. Add the protein pieces, heating for 5-6 mins stirring regularly and then add to your recipe or sauce as required.
- When using as a pizza topping product it should be cooked in line with the raw pizza guidelines suited to your ovens/equipment. (timings will vary depending on kit but suggested 6-10 mins)
