Meatless Farm Tacos

Beefed Up Taco

Packed with protein and stacked with flavour, all get all the gains without the sacrifice.


  • 2 soft tacos
  • 175g Meatless Farm Mince
  • 8g taco spice mix
  • 30ml tomato sauce
  • 30g vegan sour cream (to top)


  • 2 Roma tomatoes
  • ¼ of a red onion
  • ¼ of a jalapeño pepper
  • ½ a garlic clove
  • A squeeze of lime juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • A couple of sprigs of fresh coriander


  1. Add some oil to a non-stick pan on a medium high heat, gently flake the Meatless Farm Mince into the pan and leave for 1 minute to brown.
  2. Continue cooking for 12-15 minutes stirring often. Add more oil if desired.
  3. Add the spices and tomato sauce and bring to a simmer and cook for a few more minutes until the sauce thickens.
  4. Chop up the tomatoes, onion, jalapeno, garlic and coriander. Add to a bowl and mix with and squeeze of lime and pinch of salt and pepper.
  5. Heat up the tacos in pan for 1-2 minutes, then load up with your mince and top with your pico de gallo mix and vegan sour cream.
