Meatless Farm Burger

Carbon-Cutting Quarter Pounder

Cut the carbon as well as the calories, with a classic Meatless cheeseburger. No beef and no compromising on flavour or texture.


  • 2 vegan brioche buns
  • 2 Meatless Farm Quarter Pounder Burgers
  • 2 vegan cheese slices
  • 4 pieces of lettuce
  • 4 slices of red onion
  • 4 slices of tomato
  • Vegan burger sauce


  1. Heat a couple of tablespoons of oil in a non-stick pan on a medium heat.
  2. Season both sides of your Meatless Farm Burgers with salt and pepper and cook for 6-7 minutes, turning occasionally.
  3. Add a slice of vegan cheese to the burgers and lightly grill along with your brioche buns for 1-2 minutes.
  4. Dollop the burger sauce on the brioche buns and add a couple of pieces of lettuce.
  5. Assemble with the burger and cheese, slices of tomato, red onion and brioche bun top.
