Meatless Farm plant-based pasta sauce ravioli ricotta

Crispy ‘Nduja Ravioli with Cream Cheese, Chilli Maple & Thyme

Enjoy Meatless Farm’s NEW Plant-Based ‘Nduja Ravioli crisped up in the air fyer, served on a bed of decadent cream cheese and a spicy chilli maple dressing.

Ingredients

  • 1 pack Meatless Farm Plant-Based ‘Nduja Ravioli Pasta
  • 100g vegan cream cheese (or ricotta)
  • 1 sprig fresh thyme
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • ½ tsp chilli flakes

Method

  1. Open your Meatless Farm Plant-Based ‘Nduja Ravioli Pasta and drizzle over a tiny bit of oil. Place the ravioli in the air fryer. Cook at 200C for 6 mins, turning half way through. (If you don’t have an air fryer, cook according to pack instructions and enjoy this epic sauce).
  2. While they’re cooking, Season the cream cheese with a pinch of sea salt.
  3. Place the maple syrup into a bowl with the chilli flakes and warm in the microwave for 10 secs on full power. This is your hot chilli maple.
  4. Spread the cream cheese on a warm plate, sprinkle some sea salt on the crispy ravioli and arrange them on top of the cheese. Drizzle over the hot maple and garnish with sprigs of fresh thyme. Time to devour!
