Next time you have fajitas, make it Meatless with this delicious recipe. Spiced plant-based mince, sizzling onions and peppers, plenty of lime and coriander. It’s a party on a plate.

  • 1 pack Meatless Farm Meat Free Mince
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 yellow pepper
  • 1 juice lime
  • 1 tbsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tbsp ground coriander
  • 1/2 tsp chilli flakes
  • 1/2 tsp garlic granules (or 1 crushed clove)
  • 2 tbsp tamari
  • 1 can black beans, drained



  • Tortillas
  • Fresh Coriander
  • Avocado
  • Salsa


  1. Heat a pan with oil adding in the Meatless Farm mince, breaking it up and frying for 5 minutes
  2. Now add in the onion, peppers, lime juice, spices, tamari, black beans and stir
  3. Place the lid on the pan and allow to fry for 10 minutes until the veg has softened
  4. Serve up in your tortillas and top with fresh coriander, avocado lime juice, salsa and it’s ready to serve
