This gravy is a bit of a spicy boy and something fun to mix things up with your Plant-Based Chicken Joint. Add some fresh thyme and a splash of coconut milk to make things creamy.
Ingredients
- 20g butter
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 bay leaf
- 2 tsp jerk seasoning
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 1 tbsp plain flour
- 300g stock
Method
- Add the butter to a saucepan over a medium heat, add the onion and bay leaf, cook gently for 5 mins or until the onion is soft.
- add the jerk seasoning, curry powder. Cook for 1 mins then add the flour, stir well whilst cooking for 2 mins, slowly add the stock, mix well until evenly combined
- Gently simmer until thickened. Add a splash of water if needed then you’re good to go!
- Serve over your Meatless Farm Plant-Based Chicken Joint.
