Levi Roots Jerk Chicken Fries

Levi Roots’ Seasoned Meatless Jerk Chunky Chicken Fries

We’ve partnered with the king of Caribbean food Levi Roots to create these jerk chicken fries with our NEW Plant-Based Chicken Breasts.


  • 2x Meatless Farm Plant-Based Chicken Breasts
  • 2tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 1tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp. Jerk seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp Dried Mixed herbs
  • 1 tsp Paprika (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
  • Pinch of Salt
  • 1 tsp Levi Roots Reggae Reggae Sauce
  • 1 lime for serving


  1. Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a non stick pan. Remove all packaging from Meatless Farm Chicken Breasts and fry for 10 minutes on medium heat, turning constantly. Remove Chicken from pan and let cool.
  2. Cut the chicken into (Chunky) Fries, roughly 1cm thick.
  3. Mix the Olive oil and all other ingredients together in a bowl to make a marinade, then add your chicken strips and toss together. Make sure chips are coated well and leave to sit for 30 min to 1 hour.
  4. Re heat the non stick pan brushed with oil and add your ‘chicken’ strips. Fry on low heat, turning constantly until all sides are evenly browned.
  5. Remove from pan and serve immediately with, lime wedges and more sauce for dipping.
