Marmalade & Cranberry Glazed Chicken Roast

Give the turkeys Christmas off this year with this vegan chicken roast joint. We’ve elevated our delicious Plant-Based Chickenless Roast with a tasty marmalade and cranberry glaze to give it the taste of Christmas.



  • 1 Meatless Farm Plant-Based Chickenless Joint
  • 100g thick cut marmalade
  • 100g cranberry sauce
  • Splash of red wine vinegar
  • 1 white onion, peeled, halved & sliced
  • 1 bulb garlic, sliced in half
  • A few sprigs of thyme or rosemary or BOTH
  • 1 lemon, cut in half


  1. First… place the Meatless Farm Plant-Based Chickenless Roast joint on a bed of sliced white onions with the garlic, lemon  and herbs.
  2. Pour in around 100ml of water, cover with foil and roast in the oven for 40mins.
  3. While the joint is roasting, make the glaze… simply mix the cranberry sauce, red wine vinegar and marmalade in a pan, heat gently and reduce for a couple of minutes then set aside.
  4. Remove the joint from the oven and baste with the glaze, stick it back in the oven for a few minutes, baste again, then repeat once more until it’s gloriously sticky.
  5. Now you’re ready to carve, serve up and enjoy a Merry Christmas!
