All day breakfast… By definition, you could enjoy this plant-based breakfast at any time of the day. We certainly did.

  • 1 pack Meatless Farm Plant-Based Pork and Apple Sausages (used 4)
  • 200g leftover boiled potatoes
  • 1/2 a tin of baked beans
  • ½ tomato
  • 1 pack La Vie Plant-based Streaky Bacon (used 2 slices)
  • Scrambled Tofu from Tofoo Co – check it out (used ½ pack)
  • A handful of button mushrooms, cleaned & quartered
  • Fresh spinach, washed
  • Toast
  • Brown & red sauces

  1. Using a cast-iron pan- or frying pan, add a drizzle of oil and cook off your potatoes. We want them to be crispy by the end, so they go in first.
  2. Next, in go your Meatless Farm Plant-Based Sausages which we will turn regularly. Following that we’ve decided to add mushrooms to the side of the pan and let them cook down slowly. We’re building a breakfast here and now you can start to imagine how it’s all going to fit together, by adding ingredients at different stages according to their cook times.
  3. Shove everything to one side and put your plant-based bacon of choice in. It’s beginning to smell like breakfast.
  4. Mix your scrambled tofu from Tofoo Co with a little plant-based cream or water and add that to the most available space in the pan. The ingredients should be starting to feel like a Monday morning commute. Squash that tomato face down into the hot pan. Move the bacon and smuggle in those beans.
  5. Your pan might be massive. Or you might choose to do this in separate pans. We are so far in here it’s hard to return so we might as well sprinkle in that spinach for a pop of gree.
  6. Hopefully you’ve turned everything accordingly and not forgotten the toast or tea (Yorkshire) or OJ. Or grapefruit juice if you’re feeling extra acidic. Or just water, water’s fine unless it’s from a river because river bad and the sea’s full of toothbrushes so no seawater for breakfast.
  7. Add brown sauce. Eat.

There’s plenty more where this came from.
