Using a cast-iron pan- or frying pan, add a drizzle of oil and cook off your potatoes. We want them to be crispy by the end, so they go in first.

Mix your scrambled tofu from Tofoo Co with a little plant-based cream or water and add that to the most available space in the pan. The ingredients should be starting to feel like a Monday morning commute. Squash that tomato face down into the hot pan. Move the bacon and smuggle in those beans.
Your pan might be massive. Or you might choose to do this in separate pans. We are so far in here it’s hard to return so we might as well sprinkle in that spinach for a pop of gree.
Hopefully you’ve turned everything accordingly and not forgotten the toast or tea (Yorkshire) or OJ. Or grapefruit juice if you’re feeling extra acidic. Or just water, water’s fine unless it’s from a river because river bad and the sea’s full of toothbrushes so no seawater for breakfast.
Add brown sauce. Eat.
