Ingredients
- 1 pack Meatless Farm Plant-Based Sausages
- 6 hot dog rolls or mini baguettes
- 1/4 block tofu
- 1 avocado
- 1 tsp vegan fish sauce
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- t tsp grated ginger
- Juice of 1/2 lime
- Spring onions, pink pickled onions, crispy onions to top
- Satay sauce, to drizzle
Method
- Remove the Meatless Farm Meat Free Sausages from their packaging and cook according to pack instructions, or on a BBQ for around 8 mins, until crisp and brown all over.
- Meanwhile, create your avocado and tofu guacamole by blitzing together the avocado, tofu, fish sauce, soy sauce, ginger and lime. Spread on the inside of your hot dog buns.
- When the sausages are cooked, place into the hot dog buns.
- Top with the spring onion, pickled onions and crispy onions, along with a generous dollop of satay sauce.
