Meatless Sausages with satay sauce and side salad

Meatless Satay Hot Dogs

Ingredients

  • 1 pack Meatless Farm Plant-Based Sausages
  • 6 hot dog rolls or mini baguettes
  • 1/4 block tofu
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 tsp vegan fish sauce
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • t tsp grated ginger
  • Juice of 1/2 lime
  • Spring onions, pink pickled onions, crispy onions to top
  • Satay sauce, to drizzle

Method

  1. Remove the Meatless Farm Meat Free Sausages from their packaging and cook according to pack instructions, or on a BBQ for around 8 mins, until crisp and brown all over.
  2. Meanwhile, create your avocado and tofu guacamole by blitzing together the avocado, tofu, fish sauce, soy sauce, ginger and lime. Spread on the inside of your hot dog buns.
  3. When the sausages are cooked, place into the hot dog buns.
  4. Top with the spring onion, pickled onions and crispy onions, along with a generous dollop of satay sauce.
