Few things beat a one-pot casserole for ease. Make it Meatless with our plant-based sausages – just make sure you have plenty of crusty bread to dip into the delicious sauce.

Ingredients
- 6 Meatless Farm Chipolata Sausages (1 pack)
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 x 400g tin chopped tomatoes
- 1 x 400g tins cannellini beans
- 1 large carrot, diced
- 100g green beans, finely chopped
- 1 tsp chilli flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil
Method
- Preheat the oven to 180C.
- Heat olive oil in a casserole dish over a medium-high heat. Add the onions and sausages to the pan and cook until they start to brown.
- Add the green beans, carrots and tinned tomatoes. Then add the cannelloni beans. Allow to simmer for 5-10 mins, stirring occasionally, then add the spices.
- Place the lid on the casserole dish and bake in the oven for 20 mins.
- Serve up and enjoy!
