Meatless Sausage Casserole

Few things beat a one-pot casserole for ease. Make it Meatless with our plant-based sausages – just make sure you have plenty of crusty bread to dip into the delicious sauce.

Ingredients

  • 6 Meatless Farm Chipolata Sausages (1 pack)
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 1 x 400g tin chopped tomatoes
  • 1 x 400g tins cannellini beans
  • 1 large carrot, diced
  • 100g green beans, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp chilli flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 180C.
  2. Heat olive oil in a casserole dish over a medium-high heat. Add the onions and sausages to the pan and cook until they start to brown.
  3. Add the green beans, carrots and tinned tomatoes. Then add the cannelloni beans. Allow to simmer for 5-10 mins, stirring occasionally, then add the spices.
  4. Place the lid on the casserole dish and bake in the oven for 20 mins.
  5. Serve up and enjoy!
