Meatless Farm spicy meat-free sausage stew

Omari McQueen’s Spicy Sausage Stew

Ingredients

  • 1 pack of Meatless Farm Plant-Based Chipolata Sausages
  • Vegetable oil
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 5 spring onions, sliced
  • 3 carrots, diced
  • 1 butternut squash, diced
  • 1 tbsp of tomato sauce
  • 1 tsp of all-purpose seasoning
  • 1 tsp of jerk marinade
  • Sprinkle of thyme
  • 1 vegetable stock cube
  • 2OOml of boiling water

Preparation

  1. Heat up the vegetable oil in a pan. Add the onions, garlic and spring onions and saute.
  2. Add in the carrots and butternut squash and cook for a few more minutes until starting to soften.
  3. Add the tomato sauce, all-purpose seasoning, jerk marinade and thyme and mix everything together. Cook for another 2 mins.
  4. Add your vegetable stock of choice, dissolved in 200ml of boiling water.
  5. Leave butternut squash to cook down whilst you prepare your Meatless Farm sausages
  6. Season the Meatless Farm Meat Free Sausages with all-purpose seasoning, jerk marinade and thyme. Add to the stew and simmer for 10-15 mins.
  7. Serve and enjoy!
