This onion gravy is a proper all rounder and perfect drizzled over our Plant-Based Chicken Joint.
- 1 onion, sliced
- 20g butter
- 300g stock
- 1 tbsp gravy granules
- Place the butter in the saucepan, add the onion and cook gently over a low heat for 5 – 10 mins, season with salt and pepper. Add the stock and tip in the gravy granules. Cook until thickened.
- Serve drizzled over your Meatless Farm Plant-Based Chicken Joint.
