This Plant-Base Chicken Joint gravy recipe is basically a banging version of the Colonel’s special sauce… but VEGAN.
Ingredients
- 1 onion, sliced
- A massive grinding of black pepper
- 1 tbsp gravy granules
- 300g stock
- 2 tbsp soya cream
Method
- Drizzle some oil in a saucepan, add the onion and cook gently over a low heat for 5 – 10 mins, season well with sea salt and LOTS of freshly ground black pepper (you can also use green peppercorns).
- Add the stock to the pan, tip in the gravy granules and the soya cream. Mix well and bring to a gentle simmer. Add more pepper until you hit optimum pepperiness.
- Serve drizzled over your Meatless Farm Plant-Based Chicken Joint.
