Preheat the oven to desired cooking temperature for your chips. Spread a single layer of chips onto a small baking tray and cook as per packaging instructions.
Now onto the gravy. Add the stock cubes to your boiling water and stir until dissolved.
Melt your vegan butter in a non-stick saucepan over a medium heat and then add flour, garlic powder, onion powder and pepper, ensuring to mix continuously to combine with the butter and create a roux.
Start by pouring half of the stock into the pan, stirring continuously. Once mixed, and beginning to thicken add the rest of the stock, stir and simmer gently on a low heat.
Meanwhile, add 2 tbsp of olive oil to a large, non-stick pan over a medium heat and add your Meatless Farm chicken burgers and cook for 4 mins ensuring to flip ocassionally. Whilst cooking, pop your buns in the oven for a few mins to toast.
Add a slice of vegan cheese to the top of each burger, cover your pan in foil to trap heat and moisture and cook for a further 2 mins until the vegan cheese is melted and gooey!
Now to assemble! Top each bottom bun with a juicy, cheesy Meatless farm chicken burger, followed by half of the chips and a generous pour of gravy.
Serve alonside your fave fast food sides and enjoy. It may be beige but it most certainly isn’t boring!
