Ingredients
- 2 Meatless Farm Meat Free Burgers
- 2 gourmet burger buns of your choice
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 handful of baby spinach leaves
- 1 large avocado
- 3-4 baby tomatoes, roughly chopped
- 1 red chilli, deseeded
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 2 handfuls coriander leaves, roughly chopped
- Half a mango, finely chopped
- Pinch of mild chilli powder
- Salt & pepper
Method
- To make the guacamole, scoop out the avocado into a bowl, along with the tomatoes, chilli, half the coriander leaves and lime juice, along with a pinch of salt and pepper. Mash well with a fork. Set aside.
- In another bowl, make the mango salsa by mixing together the mango, the remaining lime and coriander leaves, the chilli powder and a pinch of salt and pepper. Set aside.
- Remove your Meatless Farm Meat Free Burgers from the packaging. Season both sides with salt and pepper. Heat a couple of tablespoons of oil in a non-stick pan on a medium heat. Add your burgers and cook for approximately 3-4 minutes, turning occasionally.
- Time to build your burger. Add a good layer of guacamole to the bottom bun, followed by a few baby spinach leaves. Place your Meatless Farm burger on top, followed by a generous helping of mango salsa and finish with the red onions and top bun. Dig in!
