Where do you deliver to?

We’re very happy to say that we deliver to almost all parts of Great Britain, in collaboration with our partners at One Planet Pizza.

However, we are not yet able to deliver to the following areas:

  • Arran
  • Eire (Republic of Ireland)
  • Guernsey
  • Isle of Man
  • Northern Highlands
  • Northern Ireland
  • Orkney Shetland

When do you deliver and when do I need place my order by?

We currently deliver on Wednesdays and Fridays.

Our carbon neutral delivery service delivery can arrive anytime between 8am-6pm. DPD will text or email you with a 1hr delivery window on the morning of your chosen delivery date, so you’ll know exactly when your parcel is arriving.

  • For a Wednesday delivery you need order before midnight on Sunday.
  • For a Friday delivery you need to order before midnight on Tuesday.

What if I’m not in for my delivery?

We have made it as simple as possible for you to still get your products without being at home.

Our boxes should keep frozen until 6pm thanks to our fully recyclable insulated packaging – ready for you to pop in the freezer when you get home.

When you place your order: you’ll be asked to enter some safe place delivery instructions to let us know where we can leave your box if you’re not in (e.g. behind the gate, with a neighbor).

On the day of delivery: our delivery partners DPD will text you to confirm a 1hr delivery window, so you’ll know exactly when your parcel is arriving.

If you need to update delivery instructions on the day: simply head over to DPD’s tracking portal (link via your confirmation email) to get your box delivered to a safe place.

Can I choose individual Meatless Farm products?

Currently, our products are only available from the Farm Shop in bundles, giving great choice and value.

Are your products fresh or frozen?

All of our products are delivered frozen. Please see back of pack for storage and use instructions.

What do I do if my order is incorrect or damaged?

When you accept delivery if you find that any products are incorrect or are in an unacceptable condition then you must inform us immediately by emailing Photographic evidence will be asked for and the product will need to be returned in order to rectify.

How do I cancel my order?

You should email as soon as you can, stating your order number in the subject line.

How does your delivery service work?

We’ve teamed up with One Planet Pizza to give you an amazing choice of Meatless Farm meat-free alternatives. One Planet Pizza handle all of our orders, and DPD is the delivery company that will bring you the products.

What are my products delivered in?

We use boxes that keep your products frozen until 6pm. The boxes are made of fully recyclable insulated packaging

What do I do with my packaging?

We are proud to say that everything we send your products out in is recyclable. The outer box, dry ice bags and internal packaging and paper can be recycled as normal.

How do I handle the dry ice?

When you open your box, please be careful with the dry ice bags if they are still solid at all. Carefully lift them out of your box without touching them with bare skin and put them somewhere safe until they evaporate. Once they are totally empty you can recycle the bags as normal.

How much is home delivery?

Home delivery is £4.95 per delivery of Meatless Farm products only. Home delivery including Pizzas are free.

Do you deliver overseas?

No, this is not possible at this time.
