Meatless Farm partners with Fast Casual for Chef Challenge

With more and more consumers eating plant-based meat alternatives, restaurants need to up their game when it comes to providing meat-free options on their menus.

So we thought we’d challenge three chefs to showcase their plant-based cooking game and show how easy and delicious meat free can be.

We teamed up with FastCasual to create The Virtual Chef Challenge where we tasked three chefs to come up with original recipes using Meatless Farm’s plant-based range.

Hosted by Cherryh Cansler, editor of FastCasual, and our own Mason Grassfield, innovation manager at Meatless Farm North America, the show walks you through a recipe which you can recreate from your restaurant kitchen.
