In a pan, add some vegan butter, your onions, and salt, stirring occasionally. After about 3-4 minutes, toss some water into the pan and stir. Cover the pan and, stirring every 2 or 3 minutes, let the onions cook for about ten more minutes. 

In the meantime, make your sauce by combining pickles, pickle brine, vegan mayo, tomato sauce, mustard, and some finely chopped onions in a bowl and set aside. Then cook your Meatless Farm Chik’n Cutlets according to the package instructions and toast two slices of bread. Finally, once all the elements are complete, you’re ready to assemble! Build your sandwich by slathering some sauce on a piece of bread, then layering a piece of lettuce, your Chik’n, and some of the onion mixture. Top off with more sauce and your second piece of bread, and enjoy!

  1. Crispy Chik’n Ceasar Salad

Start this 15-minute meatless chicken salad recipe by making your own caesar dressing – it’s easier than it sounds! Simply drop some garlic, lemon juice, vegan mayo, capers, nutritional yeast, and black pepper into a blender and blender until everything is well combined.
