Cook from thawed. Guidelines only, appliances may vary.

Skillet: Heat oil in a non-stick skillet to medium heat. Cook for 6-8 minutes, turning frequently.

Oven: Pre-heat oven to 340F, place the meatballs on a non-stick baking sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes.
