Why the sudden popularity in plant based meat? A combination of changing consumer food trends, more accessibility to the growing faux meat brands, and the development of delicious, meatless breakfast sausage that has all the flavor and texture both in link and patty form. Finally, a delicious reason to get out of bed! Meatless sausage links taste just as good as pork sausage next to eggs (or tofu scramble) or pancakes with maple syrup. Cook from thawed

      1. Remove all packaging.
      2. Heat a couple of tablespoons of oil in a non-stick pan on a medium heat.
      3. Add your breakfast sausages and cook for approximately 5 minutes turning occasionally or until nicely browned.
      4. Ensure your sausages are piping hot, serve and enjoy!
