Why swap Out Pork Sausage with a Meatless Sausage?

Besides meatless sausage being so versatile in recipes, it’s also a great substitute for pork sausage nutritionally and environmentally. Cook from thawed

      1. Remove vegan sausage from all packaging.
      2. Heat a couple of tablespoons of oil in a non-stick pan on a high heat.
      3. Add your sausage patties and cook for approximately 6 minutes turning occasionally, reduce heat if necessary.
      4. Ensure your plant-based patty is piping hot, serve and enjoy!
