Bratwurst with Homemade Hummus

Try our delicious Bratwursts paired with traditional hummus. This nourishing plant-based recipe is a rich source of dietary fiber and vitamin B6. Served with colorful vegetables or pita bread.


  • 1 pack Meatless Farm Plant-Based Bratwursts
  • 1½ cups chickpeas (drained)
  • 2 tbsp tahini
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1 garlic clove, peeled
  • ¼ cup water
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • Salt, pepper


Optional garnish:

  • Grilled veggies
  • Pita


  1. Remove the Meatless Farm Bratwurst from all packaging and cook according to package instructions.
  2. To make the hummus, add all ingredients to the food processor and blend on high program, stopping occasionally to scrape the sides. Continue until a smooth consistency is achieved.
  3. Serve and enjoy!
