Into a blender add the two cloves of garlic and blend until the garlic is minced. Next add the capers and pulse until they are chopped but not fully blended. Add the rest of the ingredients, give it a quick blend and set aside.
Start cooking the Meatless Farm plant-based Chik’n Cutlets according to instructions on back of pack depending on appliance you are using
Roughly chop or tear ciabatta into 1 inch cubes, drizzle a little olive oil in a pan and toss the bread until crispy (3-4 minutes)
Mix all your salad ingredients together along with the croutons. Cut the chik’n into slices and place on the top of the salad. Drizzle over as much or as little sauce as you like!
