Our Meatless Buddha bowl is a balanced and easytomake meal that is healthy for you. Full of veggies and our Plant-Based Chik’n Cutlet for a nourishing and colorful dish. 

Ingredients

  • 1 pack Meatless Farm Plant-Based Chik’n Cutlets
  • 300g cooked grains (quinoa or brown rice)
  • 100g sprouting broccoli, blanched and chilled
  • Pickled beetroot
  • Edamame beans
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Coleslaw
  • Baby spinach
  • Sweetcorn

Preparation

  1. Remove the Meatless Farm Cutlets from all packaging and cook according to package instructions.
  2. While the cutlets are cooking, assemble the bowl! Simply pile in all your favorite Buddha bowl fillings (ours are just suggestions, you can use whatever you wish).
  3. When the cutlets are cooked, slice them up and place in the bowl.

Chefs tip…season your grains with a drizzle of soy, rice vinegar and chili oil.
