Add the Meatless ground to a bowl, along with the parsley, thyme and oregano. Add the egg, garlic powder and onion powder, along with a pinch of salt and pepper and mix together.
Form meatballs to the desired size and place on a tray with grease-proof paper and cook for 20 minutes. (Or you can cook these in a lightly oiled pan for around 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until nice and brown).
Add the spaghetti to a pan of boiling water and cook according to pack instructions. Warm your pasta sauce according to pack instructions.
Meanwhile, top each meatball with a slice of mozzarella and then add a slice of black olive to form the eyes.
Serve the spaghetti in a bowl with pasta sauce and the meatball eyes on top, garnish with parsley. Finally, drop a little bit of the pasta sauce into the middle of the olive.
