Meatless Mince and mint flatbread

Vegan spiced ground and mint flatbreads

Tuck into this delicious spiced mince flatbread, bursting with flavour. Use live yoghurt to make this dish even more gut friendly!

Ingredients

Spiced mince

  • 1 pack Meatless Farm Meat Free Ground
  • 1/2 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp each cumin, smoked paprika
  • 1/4 tsp allspice
  • 1/2 – 1 tbsp harissa paste
  • Handful chopped apricots

 

Mint & lemon dressing

  • 1/2 cup dairy-free yogurt
  • Handful fresh mint, chopped
  • Zest + juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Salt + pepper

Preparation

  1. Heat a pan over a medium-hot heat and add the oil. Saute the onion and garlic for a few minutes until translucent. Add in the Meatless Farm Meat Free Ground and cook until browned.
  2. Add in the spices, harissa and apricots and cook for a further 2 mins.
  3. Add all the dressing ingredients to a bowl and mix well.
  4. Time to assemble! Warm your flatbreads in the oven and then add a generous dollop of dressing. Spoon over the spiced ground and garnish with extra toppings (pomegranate seeds, mint, chopped apricots, toasted almonds, olive oil, extra harissa, lemon etc)
