Oven: Preheat the oven to 190C / Fan 170C / Gas Mark 5. Remove sleeve and pierce film. Place on a baking tray on the middle shelf of a preheated oven for 30 minutes.
Microwave: Remove sleeve and pierce film. Cook on full power for 5 minutes (800W).
Ensure product is thoroughly cooked and piping hot throughout. Do not reheat.
